dr. guillaumeAndamo Guillaume, MD
Dr. Guillaume was born in Los Angeles and graduated from the University of Southern California with a BS in Biological Sciences. He received his medical degree from UCLA and Charles Drew University and completed Otolaryngology training at the King-Drew Medical Center in Los Angeles. Dr. Guillaume completed fellowship training in Microvascular and Reconstructive Surgery at the USC School of Medicine. He served as Assistant Professor and Director of Ambulatory Care in the Otolaryngology Department at Charles Drew University for four years before entering private practice. Dr. Guillaume joined South Texas ENT Consultants in 2002. He and his wife have two children and his interests include listening to jazz, playing golf, cactus gardening, cooking, and reading mysteries.

dr noorilyAllen D. Noorily, MD
Dr. Allen Noorily joined South Texas ENT Consultants in 1995. After completing his medical education and residency at the University of Michigan in 1991 he was appointed Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio where he taught medical residents for four years before entering private practice. He and his wife, Susan, have three children. His hobbies include playing the piano, running, swimming, and cooking.
dr mcqueenWilliam J. McQueen, MD
Dr. McQueen was born and grew up in Ohio. He received his medical degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine in 1975, and completed his postgraduate medical education at Wilford Hall Medical Center in San Antonio. The American Board of Otolaryngology certified him in 1982. His United States military practice as an Otolaryngologist and flight surgeon spanned 21 years and included stations at the USAF Hospital in Elmendorf, Alaska, the USAF Hospital RAF Lakenheath, United Kingdom, and the David Grant Medical Center in California. He was also a faculty member at the School of Aerospace Medicine at Brooks AFB in San Antonio and a member of the teaching staff at Brooke Army Medical Center and Wilford Hall Medical Center. As a retired Colonel, Dr. McQueen entered private practice in 1997 and joined South Texas ENT Consultants in 1998. He and his wife have two daughters.
dr mcmanusKeiko McManus, MD
Dr. McManus grew up in San Antonio and attended Robert E. Lee High School and the University of the Incarnate Word. She has been in private practice in San Antonio since completing her medical training at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio in 1986, and became board-certified in Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery the following year. Dr. McManus joined her medical practice with South Texas ENT Consultants in 1994. She is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology and Otolaryngic Allergy. She and her husband, a family practitioner, have two children.
dr hatchMark W. Hatch, MD
Dr. Hatch was born in Nashua, New Hampshire and grew up in Wichita Falls, Texas. He attended Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls where he received his undergraduate degree in chemistry. Dr. Hatch received his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston and completed his post-doctoral training in Otolaryngology at Baylor Medical Center in Dallas and at the University of Michigan Medical Center at Ann Arbor. Dr. Hatch has been in private practice in San Antonio since 1990 when he joined South Texas ENT Consultants. He and his wife have two children. During his leisure time he enjoys basketball, skiing, biking, computers and coaching his children’s basketball and soccer teams.


The Practice

Timothy M. Herr, MD
Dr. Herr was born in Kansas City, Missouri, and obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Rockhurst College in Kansas City. He then went on to receive his Medical Degree and post-doctoral training in Otolaryngology from the University of Missouri in Columbia. He became board certified in 1998. Dr. Herr’s practice covers all the aspects of ENT, with interests in thyroid and sinus surgery. He and his wife, Sigrid, have two children and two miniature Dachshunds. Dr. Herr is a drummer and an avid music fan. He also enjoys tennis, golf, and reading.
