“I want to compliment you on your office staff.  I recently called to make an appointment and was very impressed by the courtesy and the efficiency of your front office.  The lady I spoke with was very polite and very professional.  She understood the referral process, the insurance information I provided, and the fact that I needed the very first available appointment.  She proceeded to give me great directions to your office and asked me to come 15-30 minutes earlier to fill out the paperwork.  Once I completed it [paperwork], I was escorted back by one of your nursing staff.  She was extremely pleasant as well – polite, courteous, and showed genuine care about the patient.  She kept telling me that the doctor was wonderful and took great time with his patients …he would do everything he could to make me feel better.
